Haus Fabelhaft offers plenty of space for a maximum of 20 people.
Our house is furnished in a rustic country style and is located on the southern slope of the Dreisesselberg in the Bavarian Forest.
It is located at an altitude of 740 m outside the village in a quiet location.
In our group room you can also eat, play, chat with 20 people or simply sit and relax by the bright window front. Stepless, of course!
In the rustic, cozy basement of the house there is a leisure room with table tennis and a sauna with relaxation room. Next door is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the 2 hectare property there is a playground, a barbecue area, two gazebos and a lawn for relaxing.
The apartments have telephone, satellite TV, radio and WiFi.
The eat-in kitchens are equipped with a comfortable kitchenette including a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator.
Wheelchair users and pedestrians
"Wheelchair drivers" can also spend a relaxing holiday with us and switch off for a few days! A restaurant and the nearby Riedelsbach reservoir can be reached without a car.
The apartments on the ground floor are designed to be barrier-free and step-free for wheelchair users and have been completed in accordance with the guidelines for building for the disabled.
All doors are 95 cm wide. The sanitary facilities also comply with the regulations, i. H. the toilets are set higher and have grab rails.
The showers are passable, the washbasin is passable and equipped with a tilting mirror. The bedroom window handles are set lower. All floors are tiled.
